Melee Harassment
There will be two kinds of enemies: ones with knives and ones without 'em. The ones with knives will throw them at you; move right to dodge them (that is to say, their left). Shoot an enemy once at close enough range and you'll take a little over half their health. Two kicks should finish them off. Reload whenever the enemies give you a chance, but not more than a few shells at a time. Kill ten enemies with kicks without dying to finish the round.
[Intermediate] One-Eye
1. Grab the two sticks of dynamite and the machete from the floor, and the Henry Rifle from the chest. I wouldn't take the axes; while they don't add to your encumberance, they're not as strong as the machete and they just add an extra weapon type to cycle through.
2. Run to the dynamite barrel and move it near the corner of the white block cover.
3. Hold the dynamite as your current weapon.
4. Push the payload by staying close and parallel to its right side. NEVER push it by going in front of it or on top of it, otherwise you'll get stuck and unable to move. The game's broken like that.
5. As the cart approaches the dynamite you repositioned earlier, look down upon the ground by it and throw a dynamite stick directly downward right next to it.
6. Quickly move to the other side of the cart and equip the rifle. The enemies are coming.
7. Your allies and the dynamite should take care of most of the first wave, but there will be two to the left near the well you'll want to dispatch quickly with your rifle.
8. Push the cart, stop pushing the cart to fight enemies with your rifle and machete, and repeat until you get to the first supply area.
9. Refill your health bar with booze. Don't bother reloading your Henry, just press the Drop Active Weapon key (v by default) and grab a new one.
10. Return to the cart. You'll see a gap in the fence just above it; stop and shoot the two bandits as they jump down from it. More bandits will pour in from just ahead of the cart; kill them too.
11. Another set of enemies will pour in from far around the corner; run ahead and start shooting them. You might have to switch to the machete and run back to the first supply area if they start to overwhelm you or deplete your HP.
12. The second supply area will be sighted. When there are no enemies about, chuck the second Henry with v and go there. Grab a Smith Carbine rifle and refill your HP with booze.
13. When you push the cart a little further, bandits will pour out from the cave entrances. Shoot them with your carbine. You'll have to get to cover and reload it periodically.
14. Once you enter the cave, you will be consistently ambushed by two different warring sets of bandits. One of them around the corner will have a bow and arrows poised to take you or one of your buddies out; carefully swing around the bend and take him out with the carbine as fast as you can.
15. Near the end of the payload destination, a large group of black bandits will all spawn just behind a box at the far end of the cave away from the tracks. Shoot them while they're together like that and you'll hit multiple enemies with each shot.
16. Try not to push the payload to the end until you've dispatched all the other bandits and reloaded your weapon(s).
17. (Optional) In a side-area to the left just after the main entrance, there will be a table filled with one-handed guns. You may chuck your Smith and replace it with two pistols if you prefer them.
18. Right after you push the payload to the end, One-Eye and his two minions will rush out to attack you. Now may be a good time to use that last dynamite stick, but for the most part, just shoot them with the Carbine when they're far away and hit them with the machete when they're close-up.
19. Once you've killed all remaining enemies, follow the marker to the exit point before time runs out and you win.
Bow Training
Before the start of the match, enable console in advanced options, activate it by pressing the `/~ key, type:
sv_cheats 1; noclip
Fly around and scope out all of the targets. Some of them are behind tree leaves and almost impossible to see from the viewpoint you're restricted to by the challenge, so identifying them beforehand will help. You're not cheating, because you'll soon start with a fresh round of the challenge devoid of these console commands.
When you're done, type:
noclip; sv_cheats 0
Then disconnect from the map and reconnect to it.
Complete the map as fast as you can. The trick to firing with the bow is shooting just above your targets' heads. How high above their heads you must fire at differs with distance and height.
I got the Bronze award on my best run so far.
Bank Robbery
1. In the first supply room, grab the Peacemaker, the axes, and a Schofield from the chest. Dual-wield the guns.
2. Enter the back from the nearest entrance. Take out the first wave of guards, then get to the capture circle as fast as you can. Make sure to help your buddies fight the guards so you don't lose too many of them.
3. Open the black vault on the side to find several whiskey health packs if/when you need them.
4. Drop your guns with v and grab a Pump-Action Shotgun from the golden chest, or a machete if you prefer melee combat. If you picked the shotgun like I did, periodically shoot it at the guards and reload it while remaining in the capture circle.
5. When the capture circle is at 100%, fight your way out, making sure to step through ALL of the white circles leading you out. Don't worry about your teammates this time, just get through the circles to the Hardware Store alive.
6. At the Hardware Store, your allies will respawn, and there's plenty of booze to replenish your health. There will also be a red chest. Grab a Coachgun from it. You will be a little overencumbered if you have the shotgun as well.
7. Unload all your guns into the guards in the next building (the bathhouse), then drop one or both of them if you need speed in favor of your axe or machete and run back to the hardware store to heal. In retrospect, maybe this would have been a better time to grab the Coachgun. Fight off the guards and pick up and reload whatever guns you have if/when you can.
8. When I made my way to the bathhouse at that point, I had an unloaded coachgun and the axes. Hopefully you also have a powerful gun and/or melee weapon by that point, pretty much any will do, but for the purposes of this guide I'm assuming you have the setup I did. Equipping your melee weapon, ignore and run past the guards as fast as you can to the final building. You should lose most but not all of your HP in the process.
9. A single Ranger will be blocking your path to the finish point in that building. Avoid him, go upstairs, and reload your gun if you need to. He will follow you up there, avoid his shots until you've reloaded. Shoot him until he's dead. Then quickly run back downstairs to the finish point he was guarding, avoiding/running past any other guards in the area.
Dynamite Throw
The orangish banditos will throw red dynamite at you. Diffuse it or run away from it. The black rangers will throw black dynamite at you. Grab it and kick it back to them. Try to aim them at as large a group of enemies as possible. It shouldn't be too hard to kill groups of three standing near each other at the same time. Get 10 kills this way to win the challenge.
[Expert] One-Eye
Expert is like Intermediate, except you get less starting equipment and you have to take a much more active role in the fights as soon as they break out, or you'll be overwhelmed and killed.
1. Grab the four axes from the floor and the Henry Rifle from the chest. Run to the payload and equip the rifle.
2. Push the payload by staying close to it until enemies show up. NEVER push it by going in front of it or on top of it, otherwise you'll get stuck and unable to move. The game's broken like that.
3. As the cart approaches the three white blocks stacked together, the enemies will start coming from just beyond the well.
4. Help your allies take care of most of the first wave. They just love to crowd you and get in the way of your shots, so try to move just enough to shoot any enemies you can without your teammates absorbing the shots instead. Your teammates might also inadvertently push the cart so much during the first wave that they'll trigger the second one.
5. Reload your rifle when you get a chance.
6. Push the cart, stop pushing the cart to fight the second wave of enemies with your rifle (if you haven't already), then push the cart again until the first supply area spawns a few whiskeys. Rush to them and drink them if you're injured.
7. Take out the bow sniper just above the resupply area.
8. If a bunch of enemies spawn and you can't take them all out without dying, just push the cart until the resupply area triggers, causing it to spawn a bunch of booze, a red chest, and all your fallen comrades.
9. At the resupply area, refill your health bar with booze. Don't bother reloading your Henry at that point, just press the Drop Active Weapon key (v by default) and grab a new one.
10. Return to the cart. You'll see a gap in the fence just above it; stop and shoot the two bandits as they jump down from it. More bandits will pour in from just ahead of the cart; kill them too.
11. Another set of enemies will pour in from far around the corner; run ahead and start shooting them. You might have to switch to the axes and run back to the first supply area if they start to overwhelm you or deplete your HP.
You may also have to flee back to the resupply area to restore your HP.
14. Once you enter the cave, you will be consistently ambushed by two different warring sets of bandits. One of them around the corner will have a bow and arrows poised to take you or one of your buddies out; carefully swing around the bend and take him out with the carbine as fast as you can.
15. After that, it may be wise to back off, reload, and let the warring bandits kill each other for a while before taking out the survivors.
16. In a side-area to the left just after the main entrance, there will be a table filled with one-handed guns. Grab two pistols. In the next fight, use your Smith until it runs out of bullets, then chuck it and equip the pistols.
17. Near the end of the payload destination, a large group of black bandits will all spawn just behind a box at the far end of the cave away from the tracks. Shoot them with the Smith while they're together like that and you'll hit multiple enemies with each shot, but again, you might need to back off.
18. Try not to push the payload to the end until you've dispatched all the other bandits and reloaded all your weapon(s), unless you're strapped for time.
19. Right after you push the payload to the end, One-Eye and his two minions will rush out to attack you. Let some of the other bandits fight them, then shoot them with the pistols. You may need to run away a short distance to line them up and take them out one at a time instead of all at once.
20. Once you've killed One-Eye and his teammates, follow the marker to the exit point before time runs out and you win. I had less than 20 seconds to spare with no surviving allies on my first successful run.
[Intermediate] Night at the Forest
1. You will spawn with a bunch of allies and weapons on the ground. If you don't spawn with allies, it's either not Intermediate or a glitch; disconnect and retry the map to fix it.
2. Grab all the melee weapons you see, but only take one two-handed weapon or two one-handed weapons at a time. Any more will slow you down. Drop any guns that run out of ammo with v and pick up new guns to replace them. Drop them away from the other guns so you don't mistake them for the fully loaded starting guns. If you've somehow unloaded all of the guns you can use, keep a Pump-Action Shotgun and reload it, but it shouldn't come to that.
3. Kill all zombies as they appear, especially ones that get close to you and your allies. Don't let your teammates die to the zombie hordes. Refill on health with whiskey jugs on the ground as needed.
4. Eventually, you will be led to a safehouse. Switch to melee to make yourself faster and go through each white ring on the ground until you reach the capture zone. Stay there until you've gotten it to 100%.
5. Pick up the machetes. Grab a Pump-Action Shotgun from the gold box unless you already have one in your inventory, in which case, reload it.
6. Unload your shotgun on the zombies as they pour in. Reload in-between waves or when they're far away. If you run out of shells before you can reach such reload windows, hit them with your machete. Refill on health with whiskey jugs on the ground as needed. When you reach 100% captured, you win.
[Intermediate] Sawmill Defense
1. Grab the machetes and get a Schofield revolver from the chest. The enemies will start coming from the entrance without a campfire near it.
2. During fight waves, you need to shoot the enemies until you run out of bullets, especially the ones attacking your teammates. Then reload or, if you don't have time, kill them with your machete until you do. The enemies will have bow-snipers in the back by the tent; aim for them first.
3. Grab a Peacemaker from the first red chest (or in my case, the second, because my teammates crowded me so much that I was pushed out of the weapon redemption zone before I could get it). Dual wield both handguns.
4. Stay on the ground in the white circle to continue capturing it and earning extra time to capture it. There will eventually be a notification telling you of an optional secret stash. Ignore it; it'll burn what little time you have left getting there and back, the timer will hit zero, and you'll lose.
5. Eventually, the game will say: 100% Captured, survive until the timer runs out to win. Forget your teammates, just equip your machetes, go up to the staircase on the side of the building, jump from it to the roof of the building, and run around the top for a while to eat up time. When they eventually start shooting you and climbing the roof to get to you, jump back down and keep running around, avoiding any enemies and gunfire you encounter and machete-stabbing any you can't avoid, and you should be able to run down the rest of the timer without dying and win.

Cool guide. I thought I'd mention that in my course, One-Eye, different factions will actually attack each other (i.e. the Bandits and Rangers inside the cave), as in the lore of the course all of them are competing to find One-Eye. Might be worth noting that one strategy could be to let them fight upon themselves and you can finish off the survivors!
