The Barrow class was commissioned to replace the ageing Kraftstof class, which by now was suffering from its lack of armour protection and firepower it such dangerous times.

The Barrow class has a larger H2 carrying capacity as well as flying on Ion to conserve fuel. Upgraded armaments and a point defense grid. It's two forward rocket pods are mainly for detonating dangerous wreckages or asteroids in its flight path.

Similar to the Kraftstof class the Barrow has an aft pad, for carrying auxiliary craft. The Barrow's primary role is bring hydrogen from fuel plants back to the ships of the LKF.

Description

The Barrow class is a bulk hydrogen freighter, capable of hauling hydrogen across the system and delivering it to ships and stations.

It armed with enough firepower to deter would be pirates. And two forward rocket pods for detonating wreckages that are dangerous.
