Description
LISA: The Painful's energetic luchador is ready to rumble in Rivals of Aether. This is my first attempt at creating a character for this game. All kinds of feedback/ bug reports / balancing suggestions will be appreciated.

FSPECIAL - MISSILE HEADBUTT
Rage flies forward and unleashes a powerful headbutt. When used in the air the move has much less startup and end lag but when used on the ground it becomes much more powerful.

USPECIAL - RUNNING SPLASH/RUNNING GEYSER
Rage flings his body forward in an arc. Can be used as a recovery move but the last hit on the move will spike which if hit, will let you use it again.If used while grounded and provided you've hit no one with the last hitbox, you'll generate a massive geyser when landing.

DSPECIAL - METEOR ELBOW DROP
Drop down from the heavens and onto your enemy. This attack will cancel if you hit a wall and if used offstage, you won't be coming back. When used in the air you'll have a constant hitbox while descending but when activated from the ground, you'll gain a landing hitbox with an insane amount of damage.

NSPECIAL - LUCHA
This move allow Rage to enter his Lucha state, in which he has a limited amount of moves which deal minimal damage and knockback but performing specific combos can freeze your opponent in place and unleash poweful attacks on them. While in Lucha, taunting will bring up an onstage guide of how to perform combos.

W - FSTRONG \ Headbutt
A - FTILT \ Rising Knee
S - DTILT \ Falling Tree Slam
D - DATTACK \ Shoulder Tackle

Any other move activated while in Lucha will exit the state. Be careful when in Lucha while offstage as any recovery moves will not be activated until you have exited Lucha.

AAW - Head Rush
WWA - Massive Head Rush
WWWA - Final Head Rush
SAWD - Tackle Rush
WASD - Missile Headbutt
ASSD - Running Splash
ASAW - Running Geyser
ASWAS - Running Typhoon

i also think that activating rage should be possible in the air and that you get at least maybe 1 aerial in rage state, perhaps neutral air and that could also maybe give you like S or A. And if you press lets say jab in rage state you dont exit rage state instead you just dont Jab, and seeing how pressing Neutral A can exit it you would still be able to exit it.

and maybe double the damage you do in rage state, it would still be less than normal plus you have fewer attacks and they barely have knockback and you have to attack in a certain order for it to be worth it should atleast get a little boost

also would be awesome if you could cancel fspecial and uspecial into dspecial any time after it started

could you make his d special not travel as far, and also maybe make it have slightly less knockback, right now its super slow and can only like hit from the other side of the stage if there are no platform but it kills at like 0, its a bit much

the only criticism i have is his down strong since it reuses falling tree slam maybe as a sugguestion replace the falling tree slam with the unused swing attack seen in the art gallery

Anserus, the tackle rush is bugged, sometimes when the move don't connect locks the character on the position, aka the game is over, because the option is either lose on purpose or wait the timer to end.
But overall I liked the character a lot, and you created a entire new posibility with this code, thanks.
