Interchanges with lane mathematics

Description
This is a ParClo B2 Interchange. Also known as a Folded Diamond Interchange. It's a 'service interchange', connecting a highway to a regular road network. This interchanges leaves a lot of free space on two of the four quadrants/corners.

- Cost: 13.520,-
- Maintenance: 177,-
- Lane mathematics are applied for a good traffic flow.
- Tip! Use the 'lane connector' tool from TM:PE to create an even better traffic flow. (see screenshot)
- Tip! Use TM:PE to place 'timed traffic lights' on the two intersections useing the quick-setup (ctrl+click). (this also gives you dedicated turning lanes. see screenshot)

I've created updated versions of existing interchange types by applying 'lane mathematics'. With the use of several mods I've also managed to reduce the amount of nodes to a minimum and create smooth transitions between different road segments to create a smooth traffic flow. @ Greavus. Oops! Just found out I haven't added the 24m Four-lane road asset to the necessary item list. Just did. If you subscribe to that road asset this one should load fine. Thanks for your feedback!

@ Greavous: Did you subscribe to the road assets that are needed? The '2-Lane Highway with Wide Hatchet Shoulder' and '3-lane (1+2) Two-Way Highway'.
