THINGS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

1) Choose Aoi's route, as it's the easiest route to do this (getting enough PP points).

2) Play through the game without ever using the Doki Doki mode (except when the story forces you to).

3) Take as many Ecstasy Shots as possible by shooting at the girls' weak spot (you can spam the pause key/button to help you gain more reaction time, if needed).

 
 
4) You need to have gained over 600k PP points before finishing the playthrough (should happen during Stage 5-1 or 5-2. Failing that, you still have a chance to farm the remaining points during the final Doki Doki mode with Aoi).

Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you've earned every single Title in your collection. Good luck!
