With/using only these Config options, this is nearly the closest to IRL. Keep in mind that Arma 3's game scale partially is [/] 2 IRL, so this will be OP/unrealistic against AI and on some maps.

Also:
* From sound mods (if any), i suggest DynaSound.
* SPAR-16S and CAR-95-1 represent realistic IRL-scale properties of an assault rifle.
* If you set Combat Pace to Hold RMB (mouse is easily abstracted to "weapon handling"), you'll see that it will have a delay after the press. you can use:
_ _ * Remove Stamina
_ _ * Remove Stamina ACE 3
_ _
_ _ To completely remove the need in Run. (so you'll can unlimitely switch between Sprint and Combat Pace)
