it would be nice if there was an "interactable = false" flag you could place in the text boxes script, but I don't think that's a thing.
as @Coping Kobold noted, the lock state doesn't save between loads or placing the cards in decks and bags. This is because the lock state was not properly added to the script that saves the card's data, which is actually an easy fix.
I was wondering if it's possible to alter the script so that when you flip the card, it doesn't toggle the lock. Every time I toggle it, and flip the card, it's editable from the back. Like @Bear's problem exactly.
I'm sorry to bother you, but I use the cards for a large game of 1000 blank white cards, and besides this one issue they are perfect.
As "Locked text" status gets removed when loading as well as well as when stacked on a deck, could you made the text uneditable and allow only to edit the content by filling the Name and Descripion on the Right-Click menu?
