Foundable Scrapyards

Description
Currently broken. I have to sit down and completely rework it and I have not had time.

Adds a script to allows players to found scrapyards without the wreckage yard capability.

KNOWN BUGS:
- None. Submit any you find via the bug reports discussion below!

CAVEATS:
- Different icon. Figured we've got two for a reason!

WILL NOT IMPLEMENT:
- Wreckage claiming, license purchasing, and decreasing reputation with players/alliances that salvage wrecks in the sector it's in without a license. This is optionally enabled via an accompanying mod.

Any tips on how to get this to work on an existing single player save? Ive subbed to the mod from steam app but scrapyard doesnt appear in the list of available stations to found.

don't worry... just spotted the "Overide Galaxy's Mods" checkbox... this is my first mod in Avorion ;)

so we have installed this on a server, is this supposed to not allow you to buy salvage licenses and use an autopilot function to salvage regular faction shipyards? if i understood it correctly i just thought it would add the ability to found scrapyards to use for scrapping turrets later game

The amount of times Ive played through the game near the inner sectors where i have to jump around for hours trying to find a scrapyard or all the bits for making a turret is too high. Thanks.
