Flayerkin SFO

Description
This mod balances the Flayerkin units made by Stigingeoy for SFO. All credits for the unit goes to him.

Changes
- Health balanced for SFO
- Some small stat changes
- Added the Norsca racial ability for the flayerkin.
- Added Bleed contact effect to both flayerkin units
