@astra, yes buddy, i totally see your point, tho the area is pretty chill due to an all map cooling system, i had to protect the mushrooms from freezing, so i had this insulated walls and, in the future, place for a warming system if needed. the slime offgassed from the rail, i should have planned that rail better, check out there`s another tile where the rail could end on the wall, shortning the period the slime is exposed to air. i could use the weezeworts, but as I told you, my problem was lack of heat. and finally yes, I dug up the bottom part of the map too soon, even tho it was plain ice, so there was big lack of natural grownd for pip to plant on. anyway, ty for the tips, they are great ones, even tho I could implement them.

to be completely automated it requires chilling. Sweepers will warm up the room eventually (not to mention the oil well at the top separated by a simple airlock which does not stop temperature propagation. Perhaps there is temperature control system in place but it is not obvious from the picture. Also the pressure should be above 2atm of CO2; I can see polluted oxygen as a result of mushroom feeder line off gassing (even salt water did not prevent it). No water will be required if the pressure is high enough. A simpler farm is to use pips to plant mushrooms (and one two whizerforts to keep temperature under control) - then you do not need to feed and mushrooms grow fast enough in the natural(wild) state.
