Включаем консоль
Для этого нажимаем по игре правой кнопкой мыши и выбираем Свойства...
Не отходя далеко от кассы вписываем в параметры запуска -console
Чиним угол обзора
В появившимся окне вписываем следующую команду

bind w "+forward; cl_fov 110; viewmodel_offset_y 6"

Она биндит на кнопку ходьбы вперёд изменение угла обзора, а также отдаление портальной пушки от экрана, дабы она занимала меньше места. После каждой перезагрузки настройки будут сбрасываться, однако благодаря этому бинду, угол обзора тут же будет возвращаться на место, стоит вам лишь сделать шаг вперёд.

Turn on the console To do this, right-click on the game and select Properties...



A window with game properties should open. We enter into the launch parameters

Bind
In the window that appears, enter the following command

bind w "+forward; cl_fov 110; viewmodel_offset_y 6"

She binds to the button for walking forward to change the angle of view, as well as to move the portal gun away from the screen, so that it takes up less space. After each reboot, the settings will be reset, however, thanks to this command, the viewing angle will immediately return to its place, as soon as you take a step forward.

The real solve for 110 fov is getting mental help.

right click on game, manage tab, browse local files, portalreloaded folder, cfg folder, open config.cfg with notepad, ctrl+f for fov, change it to whatever you want, save file, right click on file, properties, read only, save. (if you search in the file for con_enable and change it to 1 you can get the console) because its read only change your in game setting before you do it as they wont save when you change it to read only
