Today, i wanna tell u how to make a transfer rate for internet download and upload
just look and read at the images each section from left to the right instead of instructions carefully
and ok just start learn guide :)

1. First, click on any ggo widget or make new ggo widget
2. Right click the widget
3. Click new item or edit item if u make new one

4. After that, Select "Numberic of Text" and click "Click to Choose Data
5. Scroll and find "PHD Data Collection"
6. After found "PHD Data Collection", click "Integer Value"

7. The next is, click the 3 dots next to "Update Parameters"
8. Scroll and find "Network Interface" and click "Byte Received/sec". and click again "<All Instances>" and Ok
Note:
if u want make a upload item, just select "Byte Sent/sec"
9. if u done, change some data, like "Update Parameter", "Value unit" and "Display As".

• Update Parameter : click the box infront of words and input value like [0,100] (u can change like in the image below as [0,500] as long as symbol not change, only numbers)

10. And the last one

• Value unit : click the box and select value digits (just select "1,000" u will be fine for Kilobyte, or u can choose "1,000,000" for Megabyte)
  
• Display As : Write some love letter, no :p. write byte unit (like KB/s, MB/s)

11. Click "Ok", Done :)
