FIFA World League Mitch Version 1.3

Hello guys!
For anyone who uses this file for the first time it is good to know that much of the credit goes to "afilmforthefuture" for the original idea, in fact this is a fix + update of his original file, which as damaged, I proceeded to repair and I added some modifications.
For those who had already downloaded my previous version, I apologize again for the inconvenience, but the previous version had a few bugs that I proceeded to remove.
Basically here is what are the changes of the first version:
- Added to some future transfers;
- Fixed some board;
- Changed some CA - PA;
- Added some wonderkids;
- Increased the number of substitutes from 7 to 12;
- Add a national rule which requires a minimum of 3 homegrown players from Nation;
- Add a national rule that limits to 7 non-EU players in match squad;
- Added a maximum annual wage, which will be different for each division.
These are the changes in version 1.2:
- All division will be played in two rounds (outward / return) ;
- Replaced the rule regarding homegrown players from nation, with a rule that requires that at least three homegrown players from club are in the first 11 ;
- In all division , with the exception of the Premier League , there will be the playoffs and playout;
- Reduced the years to gain English nationality to two years ( to encourage South American teams , who would otherwise be forced to sell off their players and buying Community mediocre players ) ;
- Changed the reputation of all competitions (in order to prevent a team that , for example, has won the Division Four,to have a reputation greater than those in the Premier League );
- Greatly increased premiums for the cups , as there are no continental competitions for club, then the national cups are more important .
These are the changes in version 1.3:
- Added a cup;
- Changed the Match Day for Cups and Reserves;
- Changed the Start Date and the End Date of all competitions;
- Replaced the rule regarding homegrown players, with a rule that requires that at least one homegrown players from club are in the first 11 and 4 in the Match Squad;
- Fixed other things (contract, boards, Wonderkids,...);
- Adds Barcelona's 2 transfer window ban from transfers and also adds € 350,000 fine issued by FIFA.
