Banner Bearer Recruit Quest (Class Variety Project)

Instead of making a boring quest I decided to make a small quest where you save an ambushed stagecoast from brigands, helping some bannermen along the way.
The quest gives you a level 1 Banner Bearer and 3 random heroes upon completion.
Has a chance to appear in the Weald when you have 8 heroes.
