Synth Migration

Allows robots, droids, synths, ascended synths, and machine empire pops to use the "No Migration Controls" species right. This allows these pop types to use the new pop migration system introduced in the 3.0 update.

This mod does not change the conditions needed for migration to happen nor the odds of it happening. It only allows for the policy selection in the species rights screen.

Not ironman compatible.
