Generate wormholes with a starbase building

To unlock the building requires the Wormhole Stabilization tech.

A wormhole will be generated at the end of the month between two systems with a completed Wormhole Generator building on the starbase. It still needs to be explored by a science ship.

You don't pick which systems link. If you have three completed buildings, two will have their wormhole linked randomly at the end of the month. If you have four completed buildings, two wormholes will be linked randomly at the end of the month, then the other two wormholes the following month's end.

Build them in pairs and wait for the month to end after they're both finished building, if you want to be sure which systems link.


No vanilla files are modified or over-ridden.
Should be fine with an existing save-game.
Not ironpants cheev compatible.
I didn't even try to get the AI to use this.
