1. Get a Weapon. (AK47 Preferably, because it 1 shot kills to the head.)
2. Aim for the Head

What if he moves his arm? do i still get the headshot if I hit his arm and if his arm is out to the side of his body or if he is reloading?

Well you can, but it wont get a headshot unless its like recoil control which would still mean no cock shot
