A re-skin of the already existing tools but instead with neon lights, this is my first mod ever | Fixed the vox file for the bomb placement, now it will place correctly

i also think this could help people who downloaded this in the comment section not realizing that it interfered with tool textures they downloaded afterwards or before.

@Gueguelzito Jogando - Duandpo's Go to the mod tab then search for the mod, click into it and at the bottom right it will say disabled, click it and now it will be enabled

Like a neon plank doesn't fit that well, maybe I could make a separate mod for it
