Monstro's S#!t-Eating Grin

You know that single frame of animation right before Monstro uses his barf attack? In the original Binding of Isaac, it was this amazing s**t-eating smirk, like "f**k you and f**k your parents."

Unfortunately, that didn't really translate into the remake, so I edited it to look more like the original. This mod contains updated graphics for Monstro and Monstro II, plus their Delirium variants. But literally just that one frame of animation. That's it, that's the whole mod.
