Karma Charger [Mutation]

Karma Charger is back, now more powerful.

In this mutation commons number is lowered to 3 and the only infected to spawn is a charger with extra power.

Only 1 charger will be spawned at a time.

Charger's stats are:
-3000 HP
-The impact epsilion is increased from 8 to 20
-Upon pinning you, it takes 1 hit to incap you, and one more to kill you.
-Instant charge refill
-10 seconds respawn
-Stumbling range upon a charge increased from 120 to 200


To be noted that scripted tanks and witches will still spawn (e.g. the tanks from the finale and witches from Sugar Mill), however, I lowered Tank's health to 200 and the witch has 1 hp. :p
