Mao Zedong Continued

Description
There is a mod for Mao Zedong made by Tino, but it doesn't update. I decided to create my own variant of Mao Zedong borrowing his art assets.

Note: some of the effects are untested. If you experienced any issues, please let me know.

China, but Totally Different
I don't like it that modern China still use the ability called Dynastic Cycle and can still build Great Wall. That's too anti-historical. I decided to make a new Civilization called China (People's Republic) for Mao's leadership.
  • Is considered duplicate of China and cannot appear in a same game. Has different ability and unique stuff.
  • Civilization Ability: The Dragon Awakes
    Eurekas and Inspirations provide 10% more progress of Technologies and Civics. Gains an Eureka and an Inspiration from each era. +30% Production toward Campuses, Industrial Zones, and buildings in these districts.
    Explained: Eurekas are earned by your individual tech era and Inspirations by your individual civic era. To progress your individual era, simply research a tech or civic from that era. Because of using the same effect as AI cheats in high difficulties, there will be no notification when it triggers and there will be no explain why you have got an Eureka.
  • Mao's Leader Ability: The Banner of Revolution
    Land units ignore terrain when moving and can cross river. All cities receive +50% Production for the next 20 turns after declaring a War of Liberation, Reconquest, Protectorate, or becoming the target of a war declaration.
  • Unique Unit: Liberator
    Chinese unique Modern era melee unit that replaces modern Infantry. Grants a free copy when trained. Unlocking this unit automatically upgrades all melee units for free. Unlocked by Ideology civic. Stats wise equivalent to Infantry, except they consume no oil and only half the maintenance.
  • Unique Building: Massive Communication Base Station
    Chinese unique Modern era Theater Square building that replaces Broadcast Center. Provides Science, Culture, and Amenities to all city centers within 8 tiles. Unlocked by Radio tech, the same as Broadcast Center. Yields 2 Science, 2 Culture, and 1 Amenities by default. Yields 4 more Science, 4 more Culture, and 1 more Amenities when fully powered. Other states are equivalent to Broadcast Center.

Quirks
  • Mao doesn't look like himself in diplomatic view. I don't know how to fix it for now. Thanks to @choijanggyu, this issue is fixed.
  • When the Liberator unit unlocks, all melee units are upgraded, and they are also fully healed and XP and level reset to 0 (they still have promotions previously picked). If triggered mid-turn after the unit has performed its action, it may act again. If the unit was hired from an enclave, you now own it permanently. Before Firaxis to give me more API, this is the best I can do for now.

Localization
Mod is localized for English and Simplified Chinese. Other languages have English texts instead.
