You need the following DLC:
- Class 111 DMU Add-on

NOTICE:
This scenario is for the route "Falmouth Branch (enhanced by TobBirk)", available at the STEAM workshop and not for the original "Falmouth Branchline". In order to install "Falmouth Branch (enhanced by TobBirk)" you need the following DLC:

- Falmouth Branch Route Add-On
- Riviera Line in the Fifties: Exeter - Kingswear Route Add-On
- European Loco & Asset Pack

Nice relaxing run, and being a DMU gives plenty of time to admire the scenery - which for your makeover for the branch is excellent so thank you for your efforts TobBirk.
