Refinery Districts for 3.0

Опис
Mod that adds resource refinery districts in 3.0.3 style
UI Overhaul dynamic recommended.
Research districts and Fortress and Administrative districts recommended.
Should be compatible with any other district mod(s).
Does not overwrite files except for built-in universal modifier patch (should be compatible with or without).
Graphics Updated.
Working on simplified Chinese localization.
Currently supports English.
AI Work in progress.

strange, the districts appear but the jobs don't.

Humm, IM using alot of mods with my playthrough, but refinery districts not show. Is there a mod order to place this at?
