In order to re-charge the missiles, you need to fly to the dock station and start docking with the mergblock. He will not be able to fully dock the ship with the dock station and after completing the ship, it will light yellow. After it completes the ship, click on [7] in the control panel and the automatic recharge will start. At the end, the merjblock will turn green.
