Mera's Elysia - Waterfall Valley

Description
Requires Mass Transit

In this second map of mine I wanted to increase the challenge a bit for the player, and combine large flat areas with slopes and dramatic mountains. I think I have achieved a balanced map with plenty of exciting features, great locations for tourism and national parks, fishing and industrial opportunities in all directions and remote areas that would be perfect for secondary settlements.
I hope you like it and I would be very excited to know what you build! :)

BACKSTORY:

Life is a mystery!
One of the greatest mysteries is Elysia and how this fabulous, rich piece of land is not already a fully developed region.
For centuries people have oohed and aahed at this majestic landscape as they have travelled through, so why have they not settled? Why have they not taken advantage of the fertile soil, the crystal clear water seething with fish or the vast forests full of excellent wood and prey?
Is it because of the ancient ruins from previous attempts that still can be glimpsed here and there, as eerie omens and warnings from the past? What happened to those that built an unknown kingdom here a millenia ago?
Archeologists are baffled at the mystery of Elysia's ruins where nothing remains but the ghosts of once mighty cities. Not a sword, not a chair, not even a sliver of a pot has been found here to give some clues about this ancient civilisation and their culture. Even what seems to be graveyards are mysteriously empty! What happened here? What sort of horrors would possess a people to dig up their dead and leave without any trace but hard stone?
Maybe it has something to do with the name Elysia, a direct reference to Elysium or the Elysian Fields. In Greek mythology, only the greatest heroes and mortals that were related to the gods themselves would come to blessed Elysium after death, avoiding the glum and miserable eternity in Hades as the ultimate reward for their deeds or heritage.
Could this be that very place on the western edge of the world, by the stream of mighty Okeanus, where heroes such as Perseus, Atalante and Herakles have found eternal peace? Dare you disturb them?

@Universe I don't think that's a map issue, it is probably some mod being outdated or a mod setting or similar. There's nothing I can do about it except advise you to check your mods for incompatibilities and broken ones. :)

@Universali Thank you! I have been considering doing a rework on it, polishing up some kinks I noticed when I played it and using workshop trees, LUT and theme. I keep getting stuck on se4lecting theme though, I can't find one I love enough. xD

@Djsstorm
Sorry for the late reply!
That is just how that kind of vegetation behaves, weirdly enough. I don't know why the game devs decided that it'd be "resistent" to roads etc unlike other objects like rocks. :)

I want to like this map,but during the game, whenever I lay down road or a building, the vegetation does not bulldoze and is all over the road. I have to manually bulldoze each one. The trees drop away under roads and buildings, but the vegetation that looks like leaf piles stays.
