Shiny Meowstic Replaces Rochelle

Description
This is a gift I made for a good friend of mine. I decided to make her public so that you guys could enjoy the mod as well. I'll be making my own custom campaigns after this, so don't expect any further Pokemon survivor mods.

Regular Meowstic replaces Zoey in a separate mod.
