So how do you turn off motion blur?

1. Locate the folder where the settings are saved, it should look something like this:

C:\Users\<your username>\Saved Games\Metro Exodus\<some long number there>

2. Open the user.cfg file and look for these values:

r_blur_level 1 r_game_mblur_scale 0.25

3. Then change them to this:

r_blur_level 0 r_game_mblur_scale 0.
