So i replayed the half game for the achievment, so you don't have too.

You get this achievement on the level where Frank gets his Timepiece. (It's the level on his branch after the level where you collect his hair.) DO NOT CLICK the Timepiece before you get the achievement, because that ends the level and you cannot replay it. If you missed it you have to replay the whole game again until you reach this level. At some point in this level, Harvey (the parrot) will appear in a window and hand you a letter. After you gave the letter to Frank, click the parrot a few times so it flies away again. You may need to back out a few times, or go to the telescope area and back, to trigger it properly. (It took me about four tries.) The window will be shut and the sentence "dale vandermeer born 18-12-1930" will be on it. Click the date to get the achievement.
