Early June 1936 saw the creation of the M.36 Medium Tank at Rommeli Automobili amidst a recent boom in the Dominion's tech industry and surge in military spending. Rushed development resulted in the short-sighted multi-turret design basis, driven by then-advanced automotive components. Most vehicles served in training units and some rear-guard units.

Despite its near-obsolescence and antiquated design, the reliable running gear and decently spacious hull afforded room for upgrades. in 1940, an upgrade programme for all M.36 tanks was commenced. The first phase granted M.36 a more modern engine, new radios, and a stronger gun to match most vehicles in service.

A tank noted for carrying a great number of crew (and their belongings) yet reliably trotting along, led the tank to be called "Mulo" by the crews. With the vehicle's renewed role in supporting the frontlines, Mulo continues to carry crews, firepower, and Rommeli's legacy to battle. M.36-75A tanks continue to see service in the Dominion Ground Forces.

• The tracks may become misplaced upon spawning. Replacing the tracks with "Removal All tracks" and "Add all tracks" from from the Track configuration menu can solve this.
  
• The vehicle may begin 'jumping' upon spawning. A re-load of the vehicle can solve this.
  
• The weapon control groups are as follows:
  ~[1] Main Gun
  ~[2] Both Machine Guns.
  
• Please take care of your crew.
  
• Tension tracks daily, and after every 50km traveled under vehicle's own power.
