as much as I like things to line up, I always find it funny how with the tabletop players that we want to make this pieces fall right inside the lines, as if our characters would actually force themselves to stay in a grid :P

Problem with this example is that some of the minature bases are a little big for the tiles still. For example the Dragonide's (Green Dragon Men) are a suitable replacement for the Fimir but they don't exactly fit on a single square.
