So basically I was inspired by the house design seen in real life, but we redone the style, replaced it with BWA building theme and.. This thing became a public dupe for GMod. We've managed to do even realistic walls and roof system, it has some space between them and the carcass. And I founded new trick to avoid lags in dupes, just weld everything to a single prop and then delete it when you pasted the dupe, so, use the trick for big dupes/static buildings. Oh, by the way, has garage.
The building has working doors, and some other things. Have fun using it, or even.. exploring.
