Changes the limit of max 100 dynasty members contributing to renown to 10000
However renown given is halved.
Adds renown for vassals of the same dynasty as lieges, but only 50% of independent rulers (including married dynasty members)
Lowers the renown given to about 75%
But also lowers perk costs to 100+300/perk

All in all: you get more renown if you develop your dynasty and make sure they hold good positions.
