Survivors Fixed & Better Physics (Left 4 Dead 2)

For some reason original addon was removed. I reuploaded it.

This is fixed L4D & L4D2 ragdolls with some improved physics for better posing with Physgun. They using changed names ("biker" -> "francis" etc.) so they don't conflict with original models. You don't need Left 4 Dead 1 or 2 content as everything packed in.

I don't know if it's still relevant or not, but I'll leave this for everyone back. If original author will contact me and ask to remove this - I will do it.
