Fairfax Residence

Description
S.W.A.T. 4's Fairfax Residence. One floor and one entrance only until multi-story levels are implemented into the game. Intentionally dark. Probably terribly unbalanced, I'm no good with making things fun.

Feel free to use any custom assets for your own things. Sounds are property of Irrational Games or whoever owns the rights to S.W.A.T. 4.
