for this you need to get a file called Mshtmlmedia.dll aka Microsoft (R) HTML Media DLL you need to shove it into system 32 in order to get it working. As to where to get it, update Internet Explorer 11.

apparently the way to fix this is to install dxvk and then reinstall your game. but I tried it and its not working for me using arch. It may work for you so try it anyway and tell me how you did it.
