Description
Government Legacy policy cards are reclassified from Wildcard policies to a particular type of policy, depending on the policy. The aim is to make these policies more flexible by allowing you to use them in your more advanced governments without necessarily occupying a Wildcard policy slot.

Tier 1:
Autocratic Legacy
Diplomatic
Oligarchic Legacy
Military
Republican Legacy
Economic

Tier 2:
Theocratic Legacy
Diplomatic
Monarchic Legacy
Military
Mercantile Legacy
Economic

Tier 3:
Democratic Legacy
Diplomatic
Fascist Legacy
Military
Communist Legacy
Economic

A toggle has been added to the Advanced Settings menu: Change Other Wildcards. This reclassifies the other Wildcard policies to another type as detailed below. As with the Legacy cards, the aim is to make these policies more flexible. See below for details

Is this compatible with mods that add legacy cards for tier 4 governments? My guess would be that they (obviously) stay wildcard policies but the game should function, but I figured you'd have a better idea if there's some under the hood overlap that would break the game.

I don't understand. Collectivization is already an economic policy.

How about a economic Legacy card for Collectivisation? Are the Cards exclusive for the specific government or are they free to drag and drop after unlocking the next tier?
