Redeemed witch elves submod_dogs of war

If you have dogs of war mod, it essentially lets the player recruit units from different factions. Sometimes when you subscribe to other unit mods the dogs of war mod will automatically add these units into the recruiting pool. However, that was not the case with the redeemed witches.

This submod allows redeemed witches to be recruited from the faction recruitment pool offered by having the dogs of war main mod in addition with the Redeemed Witch Elves main mod.
