The "Osprey" Federation Cruiser

There have been rumors of advanced ship construction in the Rebel Stronghold... This ship features the latest in federation technology: an advanced beam weapon that pierces through shields!

Another replica of a great ship from FTL. However, this time I had to expand the rooms' space dramatically, because otherwise it wouldn't function properly at all. This ship is actually 1.25 larger than the one portrayed in FTL, but I think this is a much more believable size, considering its proportions and amount of systems. Besides, I feel like it should be bigger than The Kestrel. Of course, some of the systems can't be replicated in Interstellar Rift, so I've taken some creative liberty and added mining and refinery equipment to make up for empty rooms - now you can use this for some humble resource gathering. As for weapons, the infamous Artillery Beam actually translates pretty well to a Rail Gun, and I've also added an Ion Blast, Burst Laser and a Missile Launcher. This still has some power issues, but it all can be easily managed to achieve desired results.
