A planet that can fully automatically produce resources without population
To transform other planets into this planet, you need to ascend to the Ideal City Plan, the Mechanical World, or the Hive Planet
This planet now has an upgrade decision, which requires dark matter energy and will clear the planetary division when the upgrade is completed. (ACOT needs to be installed and enabled)
With this planet, you can free your people from the labor of producing survival materials to explore the mysteries of the endless stars (sure)
