After buying the game, you want to first, go to your library, find the "Punch Club" game and click the big blue "INSTALL" button, and you want to click that. Once installation is comlete, you want to head to the same section and click the big green "PLAY" or "RUN" button (JOGAR in my case since i use steam in portuguese) Then, you will be running the game.
