Faster Galactic Community

I personally love the Galactic Community, but at times it can be painfully slow. To solve this problem, I made a mini-mod that speeds up how fast the Galactic Community goes through its "Cycles" (the Voting Session and Session Recess combined), and changed the timings of other Galactic Community features to compensate. Updated for version 3.6.1.

• Voting Session Length reduced from 1440 days (4 years) to 720 days (2 years).
  
• Session Recess Length reduced from 720 days (2 years) to 360 days (1 year).
  
• Change Vote Cooldown reduced from 120 days (4 months) to 30 days (1 month).
  
• Category Vote Cooldown reduced from 2520 days (7 years) to 1260 days (3 years and 6 months).
  
• Veto Cooldown reduced from 900 days (2 years and 6 months) to 480 days (16 months).
  
• Emergency Measure Cooldown reduced from 7200 days (20 years) to 3600 days (10 years).
  
• Resolution Freezes reduced from 1440 days (4 years) to 720 days (2 years).
  
• Veto Cost reduced from 3×R to 2×R (R being the cost of the vetoed resolution).

Q: Can this mod be used with pre-existing saves?
A: Yes, but that save will require the mod to be installed when loaded with the mod

Q: Can you make a faster version?
A: Yes, and I might in the future.

Q: Is it compatible with X patch?
A: Unless the patch has drastically overhauled the galactic community, it is most likely compatible with the patch. If the mod loader says that it isn't compatible, that's simply because the mod technically isn't for the current version, but this in it of itself does not impact the functionality of the mod.

Q: Will it be updated for X patch?
A: Eventually yes, but please remember that I have a life outside of this mod and even outside of the internet (I know, not very gamer of me, I hope you can forgive me in time). The problem is less that its difficult to update, it really isn't, more that it tends to get swept aside in favor of more important things. However, updated or not, it should still work unless the galactic community has been drastically overhauled, as answered in the question above, which is both good for people wanting to use the mod and bad for motivating me to update it.

Q: Will it get a compatibility patch for X mod?
A: Unlikely, if its even necessary. Most mods I've seen that change the galactic community or add things to it will already change the timings of the galactic community to better accommodate for balance. However, if the mod doesn't change the galactic community, or adds things without changing the timings, then a compatibility patch should not be required in the first place to play with both mods at the same time. tl;dr: This is a very small and simple mod that changes a few very specific things, meaning other mods will either have no overlap or the other mod will change everything that this mod does (and probably much more).

I honestly didn't expect this to gain much traction as its a small simple mod as well as my first, but I was surprised and happy that its gotten this far in only two days. Holy ♥♥♥♥, this mod has reached number one most popular mod this week. I genuinely did not expect it to even get as remotely far as it has. Since the last update only three days ago the subscriber count has increased nearly 7 fold. Thank all of you so so much. As a celebration I'm gonna make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ edit of me as Robbie Rotten because why not.

After about 2 years, I've finally revisited this old mod to technically update it for the latest 3.6.1 version (even though it worked just fine anyway). I also plan to make an Even Faster Galactic Community mod sometime Soon(tm) that will be about 4x faster than base game. Shout out to Ep3o for supporting and frequently using the mod, as I probably would have let this mod collect dust for all eternity had it not been for him.

The overdue update to this ancient mod has finally arrived. Also, I trimmed a bunch of duplicate stuff from the define so as to increase compatability and decrease the mod's file size. No more errors! At least for a little bit.
