Look at lights.
Spam the watch button.
Don't remind yourself who you are or why you are there.
Don't let go of the sprint button.
Make fast and random camera movements.
If you see it don't run away.

HOW TO LOSE EXTRA FAST:
1: Go to the nearest light and look at it.
2: While looking at the light spam the watch button.
3: Do this until the light breaks.
4: Do sudden and fast camera movements while spamming the watch button.
5: Do this until all the lights shut off.
6: Wait.
7: You just did a speedrun clipping through the floor, nice. If you did well you might've gotten under a minute on the timer.
