Adds a single leader to the game.
Ashoka - Conquest by Dharma
+1 Combat Strength per 15 combats that involved your units. After 108th combat this bonus is replaced with: Eurekas and Inspirations boost both current Scientific research and Cultural progress instead specific Technology or Civic.
