gives you ton of hp and run speed, jump height
LMB2 -- Explosion mode

in instakill mode you can literally kill anything. Including godmode NPCs. (and no, it doesn't deletes enemy)

Explosion mode--
spam explosions that can do high damage.
Common mode -- shoot bullets at high speed, nothing else. (damage is infinity)
