Panic button and How to jump create excellent synergy. Panic Button will activate your active item when you’re about to take damage.

How to Jump will make you jump in the direction you are moving. This will negate the damage you would have received. Basically as long you’re moving you will be invincible to contact damage and most attacks. This doesn’t work 100% of the time so you will still get hit in a while. You will also get hit if you stop moving. Bonfires also pose no threat.
