ABH is an Auto Brake Hold system. When the wheel RPS is low, it will keep braking even you don't push the brake.

Manual Transmission
Hold [Left]/[Right] in case of 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th and reverse and push [up]/[down] to insert gear.
Push [up]/[down] again to insert higher gear.
Push [left]/[right] twice in a sec to switch 1st~4th or 5th~8th gear.
