[VJ] Cursed zombie npc's

Description
Welcome to my first npc addon!
you need VJ base in order for it to work!
located in "cursed"
-information-
the zombies are half blind
the zombies can become passive if they realise they cant kill you
the zombies can howl to alert other zombies
the zombies can blend in with crowds of humans, making it hard to kill them
a single zombie is weak, but a horde can take down an entire city
