Knights of the Ebon Claw Redesign

Description
Unit story



A warband with a long and notorius history, the Knights of the Ebon Claw swore allegiance to Malus Darkblade following the fall of Clar Karond. They shed no tears for their former home, decrying it as a refuge of weaklings and traitors, and pointed to its fall as proof of both accusations. They now rode in Darkblades' vanguard, little realizing that this position had not been granted out of honour, but rather so that their new master could keep a close eye upon them. Darkblade was all too aware that an allegiance that shifted once could easily do so again.

Redisign

This mod is part of my druchii redesign series. I do love this faction, but I prefer previous editions with closed helmets, rather than traffic signage crests. No offense, it's all a matter of taste. Age of Reckoning did an excellent job, in my opinion. I am also inspired by the visuals of drukhari from 40K, there are definitely good ideas to pick in there. I do recommend Hooveric's mods, and give him credits for his textures.



Below, the alterations made.
  • 3 brand new war glaives that replace maces.
  • 4 variants of a my custom closed helmet.
  • 3 thiker shields to fix hands clipping.
  • Dreadlord legs that replace chainmail dress.
  • Red eyes, for these elite knights channel rage within cold ones.

seems to work fine with sfo for me, i also use kaedrins mod manager though
maybe try with it

Also i wanted to ask if its possible to march the helmets colour with the rest of the armour.
helmet is visibily blacker while the armour is more grey

@SpicyMeat what's your load order on kmm? I'm using sfo too but i can't seem to find any solution to make this mod work

@Resalto, Yes you will see more reskin for dark elves, little by little.

@Aku, I didn't change stats, it's just cosmetic.

@Marcello Petuchini, I don't use SFO so I can't tell you, but it may works if you delete all data related to this unit.

Doesn't work with SFO. Tried changing loading order, but to no avail. Am i doing something wrong? Seems like SFO reskin changes variant entries, or something.

DID you change their stats?

I mean cold one with spear are anti large.

@SEVzeSTRANGE, I will darken the armor to match with helmets.
