Backstory: The Monsoon period is upon the Phillipines with lots of rain and storms which often leads to flooding of towns.
Briefing: A town has been flooded because of heavy rains which resulted in Abu Sayyaf moving in to loot and capture any remaining civilians in the area. This also provides us with the opportunity to strike against Abu Sayyaf while they are no longer protected by human shields. Clear out the area of Abu Sayyaf terrorists and help any civilians you may find.
Operation is an american led effort to organize the international military aid in the Phillipines and engage the enemy in an effective maner. Several units are deployed for this operation mostly logistics and instructors as well as a few teams from SOC. This operation is meant to make it harder for terrorist to operate in the area and limit their resources. The main group in focus is Abu Sayyaf as they are the most influential and resouceful.
