Northern French & Belgium terraced housing

A selection of Residential Low buildings aiming to recreate the rows of low income terraced housing common in Northern French/Belgian industrial cities such as Lille, Roubaix, Charleroi, Liege. It starts quite grim at level 1 with squatters etc and upgrades slightly to more Belgian village assets towards level 5. Ideally this backs up to your heavy industries so land value stays low.

This borrows heavily from northern UK assets as style, era and purpose of such districts (house workers next to 19th century factories) is very similar.

This is meant to coexist with the France and Belgium suburbs style (link: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2571206170) as a sort of older European inner city.

All credits of course go to the asset creators – this is just a selection

INSTALLATION

To install a Style with all its assets:
In the main menu, go from Content Manager -> Styles (on the left) -> Subscribe to All on the style you downloaded.
Then in game, make a district and set the building style to that theme.

There might be issues with the above so I also created a collection with all the assets – just subscribe to all directly in workshop rather than in game (in addition to subscribing to the district theme)

RECOMMENDED MODS

Must have: Building Themes per district

Some assets for some reason do not spawn and do not get loaded to the style – this will help you troubleshoot that. Will also help you kick out some building in Com High, Office and Industrial that you do not want to see
